The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate food service operations, and ensure high standards of customer service and food quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Wage: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:
Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekends

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• Criminal record check required

Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish employee work schedules

Supervision:

• 11–15 people
