 Provide technical leadership across teams in the financial services industry, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
 Translate complex business problems into actionable technology and software solutions.
 Design, develop, and guide the implementation of scalable software systems and microservices using modern frameworks.
 Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into architecture and design, and support developers with hands-on assistance.
 Develop both frontend and backend components with a focus on integration with cloud-based core banking systems.
 Incorporate machine learning and AI capabilities into the solution design where applicable, including predictive models, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks.
 Leverage data science methodologies to extract insights from structured and unstructured data to support decision-making. 
 Participate in and lead code reviews, technical documentation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA processes.
 Prepare and maintain solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and deployment documentation.
 Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, acting as the primary technical contact for escalations and complex issues.
 Visualize data and results to communicate findings to stakeholders using accessible methods and tools.
 Promote Synpulse’s value proposition and help define digital strategies around banking and insurance transformation.
